Material Grade Sorter KSP-01
Structurescope – Coercimeter KSP-01 is designed for non-destructive local control of ferromagnetic materials’ mechanical characteristics in the presence of a clear relationship between the tested qualities and the coercive force.
The KSP-01 Structuroscope Coercimeter is listed in the State Register of Measuring Instruments as No. 61774-15 and is approved for use in the Russian Federation.

- Quality control of chemical-thermal processes in production, annealing and hardening of metals and steels, and evaluation of rolled steel mechanical qualities.
- Sorting of steel grades, including electrical steel.
- After carburizing, nitriding, and HFC hardening, the depth and hardness of surface-hardened layers can be controlled.

Distinctive features
- Special mounts for fixed use and a handle with an integrated polling button for mobile use are all included in the one-piece all-in-one body.
- When there is a space between the sensor and the controlled object, the device readings are automatically adjusted.
- In contrast to pulse Coercimeters, the effective depth of magnetization is 6 mm.
- For stationary use, client software is based on the Microsoft Windows operating system, whereas for mobile use, Android is used.
